AIG Executives Rightly Lose Bonus For 2008

The top seven executives that make up their AIG Leadership Board will not receive any bonuses for 2008 according to a statement from AIG CEO Edward Liddy. This is the first sign that the guys at the top of the pile at AIG are starting to see how they’re coming across in the public eye, Liddy himself is cutting his salary down to $1 and in also will not take severance pay if he leaves AIG.

    I would be thrilled if I got ‘only’ $1. They should be stripped of ALL salary, bonuses, assets etc. etc. and thrown in jail. They are nothing but criminals, pure and simple put. Ooohh, and don’t forget to throw away the key after they are locked in.
