Judge Orders Release Of Five Guantanamo Prisoners
On grounds of insufficient evidence for their continued incarceration a Federal Judge has made the first call on the US government to immediately release five prisoners from Guantanamo Bay. From the article:
In an unusual move, Leon also urged the government not to appeal his ruling, saying “seven years of waiting for our legal system to give them an answer” was long enough.
