UK Post Offices Granted Reprieve
Heard this on the radio this morning, it made me go “Huh” in a fairly interested fashion. Thousands of post offices around the UK were facing closure due to a decline in interest in traditional mail services. The government has since extended a benefits contract enabling them to stay open, given the current climate this starts to make sense as rising unemployment leads to more and more people needing to claim benefits.
